Our team clothing store is one of the most popular services we offer here at Dugout Sports and Eagle Custom Apparel. We make it easy to get all the clothing and apparel your school, club, company, or organization needs with our custom team store.
There is little worse than having to try and collect sizes, take parent orders, and try and collect money from other members of your organization or team. That’s where our team spirit wear store comes in to make your life easier. Whether you are a high school coach wanting to get practice gear for your players, a booster club wishing to generate a spirit wear store, or a team/organization wanting to offer players uniforms and parents spirit wear items in an easy-to-purchase format, this is the solution for you.
Our custom team apparel online store is simple and straightforward to use. To start, you’ll work with one of our sales staff members to develop the items you want to offer in your store. There are also fundraising options for these stores that you could talk with your salesperson about. After you select your desired items and finalize your designs and logos, we get to work building your store. You will then decide how long you would like your store to be open (typically up to two weeks). Once the website closes, we gather all the orders from the website, combine them, and place an order for all the products. It’s that easy! No more handling dozens of order forms and cash payments—we take care of it all for you.
Once we receive the product, we schedule the items for decoration. Once we decorate all the items, we sort and package them by web order. Then, the items are ready to go to the end user.
There are typically three ways the end user receives the products from your team stores. This decision is made at the beginning when we build your team stores. Once the items are completed, we will send an email blast letting all your members know the items are now ready for pickup at our store. Or we can contact the coach/team coordinator and let them know that all the items are ready for pickup. They will pick the items up and hand them out at practice. The final option we offer is individual shipping on the website, which means we ship each item to the end user personally.
Our typical turnaround time to produce the items from a store is 2-3 weeks after the store closes, depending on how many items were purchased in the team stores.
