We also create a simple online order process for your team through our online Team Stores. We can build custom player packages, coach packages, and spirit wear for parents and fans – all on the same Team Store. Once the orders are in, we will produce the items and let you know as soon as everything is ready!

Screen Printed Team Uniforms
We produce all of our screen printed items in-house! Screen printing is the quickest and most cost-effective type of uniform production, and most items are a two week turnaround, from order placement to ready for pickup.
Screen printing involves creating a screen (like a stencil) for each color of your logo. The screen printer then applies ink through that screen onto the jersey. Each color is applied using a different screen and printed independently to build the final design on the fabric. Each different location on the garment that will receive a printed image will require a separate screen for each color.
This makes screen printing fantastic for simple designs, and works beautifully for as many as five colors. We pride ourselves on excellent inked results, and our screen printer has been working the squeegee for over a decade! Full Sublimation Team Shirts and Uniforms
Sublimation is a digital printing technique which allows for very detailed printing. The digital garment pattern is designed top to bottom, and then printed to a solid white roll of cloth. Using a heat process, the pigment is dyed directly into the material, then laser-cut and sewn together.
We can create team shirts and jerseys (from your simple v-neck to a full-button pro-style jersey), pants, shorts, fanwear and even outerwear with this process!
One of the biggest advantages of sublimation is that it does not fade or peel, and it’s much easier to add a single jersey later (for an added player, for example) than with screen-printed or tackle twill jerseys. This printing method also gives you multiple print locations, so you can include front numbers, back numbers, sleeve logos or flags – all-inclusive in your printing cost.
Typical turnaround time for custom uniform sublimation is 2-6 weeks, depending on the jersey style and manufacturer. We’ve included a few links to our favorite uniform builders below, so you can get started designing your custom sublimated jerseys!
Sublimated Tech Tee Jerseys
The “lite” version of our full sublimation uniforms, these jerseys are made using the same techniques – just a little faster. They’re available in crewneck and v-neck styles, in a dry-fit material that’s similar to Sport-Tek. These typically take 10 days to complete, from final design approval to ready for pickup.
It’s a great option if you want that custom sublimated detail, but are perhaps pressed for time – or your players want a simple neckline without a lot of button features. This is very popular for practice jerseys and special event jerseys, like Mother’s Day tournaments or a World Series event!
Tackle Twill Team Shirts and Uniforms
Tackle Twill is the classic look you’ll recognize from the Big Show! Custom cut, beautifully embroidered patches are appliqued onto the fabric of your jersey, giving you that big-league feel and a durable, finished look. Letters, numbers, and logos can all be applied this way!
We can also create a bold 3D effect, stitching your design in multiple layers before applying it to the jersey fabric. It’s an authentic, professional sports jersey experience!
